EuropeAid, together with DG Development and DG Humanitarian Aid (Echo), is organising a Seminar on "Water and Sanitation in EU External Aid". It will be held on 15 July 2008 and opened by Commissioner Louis Michel, responsible for Development and Humanitarian Aid.
